It is necessary for the candidate Turkish scholarship holders to get the medical exam reports from the hospitals authorized by the Turkish embassy, as below:

The candidate before going to the said medical check, they have to collect your sealed MEDICAL EXAM FORM from the embassy.

After the completion of the said medical check, the candidates along with following ORIGINAL document listed below should be presented at embassy to sign the scholarship agreement.
