An international donation campaign has been launched by the UN Development Program (UNDP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye to restore the cultural heritage sites damaged after the February earthquakes.

Regarding the said crowdfunding campaign, the UNDP has launched the website of "https://savethelegacy.org".

The donations collected in the said campaign will be used for the restoration of the six cultural heritage sites listed below and will be also usedfor theprotection of intangible cultural heritage elements.

i. Arsameia Ruins (Adiyaman)

ii. Gaziantep Castle

iii. Sarımiye Mosque (Hatay)

iv. Mar Yuhanna Greek Orthodox Church (Hatay)

v. Hatay Archeology Museum

vi. Historical Maraş Bazaar (Kahramanmaraş)
